Demis is a Maltese artist, guitarist, and producer with three albums, several singles, and production credits for other artists. He has performed in multiple bands and is known for melodic lines punctuated by tasteful technical flourishes that enhance each song. Early in his career he focused on virtuosity, then shifted toward a more song-centred approach, aiming to connect emotionally with listeners. Open-minded about influences—rock, classical, blues, metal, jazz, electronic beats, and atmospheric textures— Demis freely explores diverse musical directions.

Captivated by the sound of the electric guitar, Demis first picked up the instrument in June 1995 at the age of 15. From that moment, he committed to intensive practice and has been playing ever since. Two years later, he founded his first band, ‘Myst,’ a Maltese Power Metal band that remained active for about five years. During this period, he also formed the band ‘Sidereal’ with keyboardist David Grech German, blending metal with gothic, classical, and atmospheric elements. Subsequent projects included Six Point Circle and FuseBox, where Demis expanded his musical style to encompass a broader range of genres. In 2007, Demis released his debut solo album, ‘Ethereal Travel,’ followed by his second album, Senspiration,’ in 2009, and his latest release, ‘Post Consolidation,’ in 2026.

In addition to his band work, Demis has contributed to local theatre productions by producing and recording music. Driven by the increasing demands and expectations of artists, he ventured into mixing, mastering, and video production. This diversification created new opportunities, including collaboration with guitar soloist ‘Stefanos’, for whom Demis has produced, mixed, and mastered seven albums.
