Hearts Beating in Time is an electronic song writer from Malta, and currently based in Berlin, with influences ranging from Salut c'est cool to Niina, Jamie xx and Kraftwerk. HBIT uses her love of 8 bit sounds, arpeggiators, glitchy sequences, vocal melodies and drum loops to create her lo-fi techno beats.

Her 2nd album Songs for Girls has been released on the label Reckless Yes as a physical release, with the single Death is Cancelled being played on Radio X, Radio Al Hara, Keith fm and The Ben Conley podcast. Her music has been featured on Z tapes compilations and NTS radio, and her EP “Sky Turn Pink” has been released on Business Casual Records.
