Maria Borg started learning the piano at the age of 5, when she started her studies in classical music. She continued her studies to eventually get her Licentiate diploma in pianoforte at the age of 14. She then went on to achieve a Bachelors’ in Music Studies at the University of Malta, graduating in 2018. During her degree, she started exploring other genres of music, such as jazz, metal, rock and pop and is one of the founding members of Delirium. She has played at venues such as Teatru Salesjan, Zion Reggae Bar, The Garage, amongst others. Her main influences include Pink Floyd, Tigran Hamasyan, Elton John and Billy Joel.

Maria stepped down from Delirium in 2024 and released her debut solo single in March 2025.
