Sarah Azzopardi (b. 2006) is a Maltese bassist and emerging musician currently making her first steps into the local music scene. As one of the founding members of Manic Satin, she brings a raw, instinctive energy shaped by a lifelong connection to music. Growing up in a home where music was always playing, she developed an early fascination with rhythm, sound, and the emotional weight a single note can carry. Although Manic Satin is her first official band, Sarah approaches every rehearsal and performance with the drive of someone who has lived with music her whole life. Her style blends intuition with a growing technical edge, giving the band’s sound a grounded, pulsing backbone. Still early in her artistic journey, she is steadily carving out her identity as a bassist and performer within Malta’s evolving alternative scene.
