Sonic Storm is a three-piece, new wave thrash metal band. Founded in 2017 by bassist Karl Friggieri and Vocalist/Guitarist Francesco Degabriele, with the aim of creating new music influenced by the old school thrash metal scene.
The band started working on their material while looking to complete its line up with like-minded musicians. Following the release of their debut single "Bullet Train" in 2020, Paul Formosa joined the band behind the drum kit.
In 2023 Sonic Storm released the singles ‘Web of Corruption’ and "Into the Pit" off their first full-length album ‘Keys to Your Ruin’ and followed it up by recruiting Miguel Ángel Sarmiento as their second guitarist.
