Void of Chaos

Void of Chaos is a death metal project conceived in 2020. Founder member and bass player/guitarist Karl Friggieri has been active in the Maltese underground heavy metal scene since 1995 and is currently active in a number of other bands; Angelcrypt (melodic death metal), Blind Saviour (power metal) and Sonic Storm (thrash metal).

For this project, Karl Friggieri recruited UK-based vocalist Chris Bone and guitarist Jorge Medina from Venezuela. A second guitarist, Artem Efimov from Ukraine recorded guitars on the first released single, Feel the Rot.

The band released its first 2 singles - Feel the Rot and Void of Chaos in February and April 2021. The 10-track self-released debut album debuted in November 2021 and is available on all major digital streaming platforms.
