A night of full local and foreign music arts with dancers n bands to help raise funds for Shawn.
Shawn Mifsud is a 37 year old army soldier, married and has 2 young daughters. He was diagnosed with a virus which turned into severe sepsis. His condition rapidly deteriorated within hours and had to be admitted to the Intensive Care Unit on August 21st, 2023. Thankfully, a miraculous event occurred, leaving him alive, but unfortunately, his life drastically changed from that moment on.
On 7th September 2023, both of his hands were amputated below the elbow due to the lack of blood circulation caused by the damage inflicted by the septic shock. Subsequently, on 11th September 2023, both of his legs were amputated above the knee. Additionally, this illness impacted his kidneys, leading to kidney failure, requiring dialysis three times a week until a suitable kidney donor is found for…
