About the event
Six bands will compete, with Day 1(July 5th) featuring each band performing a 15min set. The 3 bands with the most points on the night will then advance to Day 2 (July 6th), where they'll deliver a 25-minute set each. The band earning the highest score at the end of the night will be crowned the winner.
Each band will be judged on Originality, Musical Tightness, Stage performance, and Crowd interaction/reaction.
In addition to this, upon entrance to the event each paying viewer will be given 1 vote that can be used till the end of the night(July 5th). The band with the most viewer votes will have bonus points added to their final scorecard.
These 6 bands will be competing for a prize which includes a studio recording session at SpineSplitter Studio including distribution and promotion of the recorded material by KEWN Records and a spot to play at the Farsons Beer Festival 2024.
