About the event
Eyes to Argus have a different sound that feels familiar. With influences ranging from the nostalgic to the new, their sound is best described as atmospheric indie. Their upcoming third album, set for a 2024 release, will be their most explosive and energized work to date.
The band is continually inspired by new phases in their lives, their surrounding spaces, and how these are home to shared experiences. These themes were at the heart of their second album ‘in habit’, which featured song artworks from six visual artists and a campaign with YMCA Malta. ‘in habit’ was released in 2021 via Post Recordings (Indianapolis, US) and pressed for vinyl by dunk!pressing (Belgium).
In 2023, Eyes to Argus released the remix album ‘habit_at’ via Post Recordings, featuring seven all-new collaborators who put their spin on the sounds and stories of ‘in habit’.
Eyes to Argus are:
Samwel Mallia – Guitar, vocals Ben Mifsud Joslin – Bass guitar, vocals Robert Farrugia – Synthesizers, piano Samuel Attard – Drums, percussion
