PJ Fossum - Piano+Electronics 𝘚𝘖𝘓𝘖

Canadian pianist Paul Jacob Fossum and Maltese guitarist Warren Galea first began their friendship and collaboration back in 2015 when they were both studying at the New School for Jazz in New York City.

Following last year's successful run of gigs with PJ Fossum, this year, thanks to the generous support of Offbeat Music Bar, we are re-inviting PJ for a three-day residency at Offbeat during the first week of October

PJ will perform a range of his solo piano pieces. From repetitive and meditative to poly-rhythmic and dense he explores all corners of the piano; conventional and experimental. He will also perform with a small array of electronics, blending with, augmenting and morphing the sound of the piano into a world of other textures.
