You might think you’re tough, but can you handle some TOUGH LOVE?
We’re kicking up the kindness with an onslaught of hardcore hugs, brought to you by your friends in need: DALAM and Double Standard.
DALAM released their debut EP HEADLINES earlier this year and it is a collection of affirmations and meditations, as well as expressions of gratitude and self-care.
Double Standard released their debut album Mt. Focus this year and it promotes positive visualisation, time spent with loved ones, mindfulness and journaling.
Doors open: 8 pm Tickets: €10 at the door.
