On 20 December 2026, The Garage will be ready for the most ambitious edition of Haine’s annual collaborative event: Haine & Friends III – Trinity of Chaos.
After last year’s successful second edition, Haine returns with a night of absolute chaos. Bigger scale event, more guests and an even heavier energy. What began as a simple collaborative show has evolved into a yearly ritual where Malta’s metal and alternative community merges into one organism in Christmas spirit.
This third chapter embodies a true trinity, with returning guests from the previous edition, new faces from rising bands as well as some seasoned veterans all stepping in with Haine. Prepare yourselves for a couple of surprises which were not in the previous editions!
Kodin Hill & The Pressed Pills — Raw Punk & Debauchery
As per tradition, joining this year’s lineup as opening band will be Kodin Hill & The Pressed Pills, delivering raw hardcore punk in its purest form ready for debauchery. Their feral intensity and irreverent attitude are the perfect accelerant for a night revolving on intensity, tension, release and complete and utter unpredictability.
A One-of-a-Kind Visual Identity by Brimbu Art
This year’s edition arrives wrapped in its most iconic visual package yet. The hilarious and violently unhinged promo video featuring the band beating Santa Claus into submission and the illustrated event poster were both created by Nicholai Brincat (from Brimbu Art) --- link to video.
Nicholai’s art captures the exact blend of humour, chaos and energy that defines all Haine & Friends events so far. The poster itself is mind blowing: a fully illustrated collage featuring every guest musician performing in Trinity of Chaos.
We extend a sincere thank you to Nicholai for the passion, detail and absolute madness poured into this year’s visuals. His work didn’t just support the event, it helped define it.

A Night Built to Collapse
Haine will headline with a performance custom-built for Trinity of Chaos — heavier, sharper, and more collaborative than anything the band has delivered before. Each track will be reshaped by waves of guest musicians, mixing youthful fire with the authority of Malta’s veteran performers.
Every past edition showed that this is not a typical concert. It feels like a head-on collision and a convergence of the island’s loudest musicians and its most unrestrained creative force.
In the end, Haine & Friends remains Malta’s most chaotic Christmas tradition, the only festive gathering where goodwill, peace and unity are expressed through blast beats, breakdowns and a suspicious amount of screaming. Trinity of Chaos once again proves that nothing brings the island’s metal and alternative community together quite like collective noise, questionable holiday behaviour and a room full of people celebrating the season by politely destroying each other in the pit.
Merry Chaos! See you under the blinking red-and-green stage lights.
